We are a group of "everyday" cyclists based in Taunton, Somerset who enjoy exploring the countryside, passing the miles with banter and laughs, and supporting local coffee shops and pubs along the way!
We go out year-round to locations near and far (see the Photos page) and put the emphasis on having fun rather than going as fast as possible. All levels of experience and ability are welcome.
A new group for 'returning riders' has been formed to explore local cycle routes across Taunton. These rides are ridden at a gentle pace
We strongly recommend that our members take out their own insurance for theft of their cycle and third party liability as Cycle Somerset membership does NOT provide you with any form of insurance - even when on our club cycle trailer.[more]
